The axle spindle refers to the front part or the two ends of the axle, and is a mechanical support for rotating parts that will rotate in order to transmit motion, torque or bending movement. It is often a metal round bar structure, with each segment available in different diameters. The parts used for rotation are mounted on the axle, with the two ends called an axle spindle.
The axle spindle is often used for installing the bearings and achieving equipment operation on the axle. The axle spindle wear and deformation often appear during axle rotation, which requires the axle to be extremely rigid and strong in order to relieve the impact on the spindle from the bearings, thus, reducing axle spindle wear.
